Meet the Optometrist.
Swati Kumar, OD, FAAO, FSLS
Dr. Kumar is residency-trained in cornea and specialty contact lenses and the founder of Specialty Contact Lens Studio.
Our mission is to serve patients who've been told their eyes are "too complicated" for glasses or regular contacts, or who've simply never found a solution that truly works for them. Complex cases are why this practice exists.
Our commitment to patients is simple, we work together to find the best solution for your eyes. Sometimes that means the right specialty lens. Sometimes it means collaborating with ophthalmology or other specialists to make sure every piece of your eye health is addressed before devising a plan.
The goal is for every patient to leave with a genuine understanding of what is happening with their eyes and what options are available to help improve their comfort and vision. Because of that, each appointment and care timeline is uniquely yours.
